At StableVersionApps, we respect your fundamental right to privacy. Genesis's local-first architecture means your data stays on your device — but we also want to ensure you understand your rights under applicable privacy regulations.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may exercise the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Right to Access — Because Genesis stores all data locally on your device, your data is always directly accessible to you through the App. No request to us is needed.
• Right to Correction — You can edit or correct any data directly within the App at any time.
• Right to Deletion (Right to be Forgotten) — Delete individual items through the App, clear all data via App settings, or uninstall the App to remove all data permanently. Since we do not store your data on any server, deletion is immediate and complete.
• Right to Data Portability — Export your data using the App's built-in backup and export features in standard, machine-readable formats (JSON, CSV, SQL).
• Right to Withdraw Consent — You can revoke any device permission (camera, microphone, location, etc.) at any time through your device's system settings.
• Right to Lodge a Complaint — You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g., a supervisory authority in the EU, the Data Protection Board of India, or applicable US state authority).

How Genesis Makes This Easy

Because Genesis is built on a local-first architecture:

• You do not need to submit a formal request to access or delete your data — it is already in your hands.
• There is no server-side data to worry about — no cloud accounts, no remote databases.
• Data portability is built into the App through export features.
• Uninstalling the App is equivalent to a complete, irreversible data erasure.
